Check-in & Check-out

Check-in From 16:00 to 22:00. Self check-in with keyless entry — instructions will be sent before arrival.

Check-out Until 11:00. Please leave the key in the lockbox and close the door securely.

Late check-in Available on request for arrivals after 22:00. A small late check-in fee may apply — please contact us in advance.

No smoking Smoking is strictly not permitted anywhere inside the property, including all rooms and the courtyard. Please smoke outside the building.

No pets We are unable to accommodate pets at this property.

No youth groups or parties This property is not suitable for youth groups, stag/hen parties, or large gatherings. All guests must be accounted for in the booking.

Families welcome We warmly welcome families with children. A baby cot and highchair are available on request (additional charge may apply).

Guests & Occupancy

Maximum occupancy Up to 6 guests total: max 4 adults (2 double bedrooms) and 2 children (sofa bed in living area).

Self check-in The property uses keyless self check-in. Access codes will be shared 24 hours before your arrival.

Building access The building has a lift / elevator. The apartment has a private entrance. Please be considerate of neighbours in common areas.

Respect & Care

Quiet hours Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 09:00. We are in a residential neighbourhood and our neighbours appreciate the peace.

Property care Please treat the property with care. Report any damage promptly. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Security Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. The apartment is in a safe neighbourhood but basic precautions are appreciated.
