If you cancel your booking 31 or more days before your check-in date, you will receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid. The refund will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

Within 31 days of arrival
No refund

If you cancel your booking fewer than 31 days before your check-in date, the booking is non-refundable. The full amount paid will be retained. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances such as illness, travel disruptions, or emergencies.

How to cancel

Where do I cancel my booking?
Cancellations must be made directly through the booking platform where you made your reservation — vacation-bookings.com (powered by Holidu / Bookiply). Log into your account, go to your booking, and select "Cancel booking". You can also contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will assist you.
When is the cancellation deadline calculated from?
The 31-day deadline is calculated from your check-in date (midnight local time, CET/CEST). For example, if your check-in is April 15th, the free cancellation deadline is March 15th at midnight.
How long does the refund take to arrive?
Refunds are processed by the booking platform (Holidu / Bookiply) within 5–10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
What if I need to cancel due to an emergency?
We understand that unexpected situations arise. While the platform policy applies, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible — we will do our best to help find a solution, such as rescheduling your stay.
Can I modify my dates instead of cancelling?
Date modifications are subject to availability and must also be made through the booking platform or by contacting us directly. A date change may be possible without penalty if a new booking can be confirmed for your original dates.
Is travel insurance recommended?
Yes — we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions. This is especially important for bookings made within 31 days of arrival, which are non-refundable.
